TuttareTech Privacy Policy
How we collect, use and protect personal information when you visit our website, contact us or work with us.
Last updated: October 23, 2026
We respect your privacy and collect only what we need to talk to you about your project and to deliver our work. This policy explains, in plain language, what we collect, why, who sees it, how long we keep it and what you can do about it.
1. Who are we?
This website is operated by TuttareTech LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Colorado, United States (“TuttareTech”, “we”, “us”), a company that plans, designs, builds and supports websites, mobile apps, online stores and AI tools for businesses. Our address is 205 DETROIT STREET, DENVER, CO 80206.
We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy (in EU and UK terms, we are the “controller”). This policy covers visitors to our website, people who contact us, and representatives of our clients, prospective clients and suppliers. It does not cover the websites and apps we build for clients: there, our client decides how personal information is used, and their own privacy policy applies.
2. What information do we collect?
Most of the information we hold comes directly from you. We collect:
Information you give us
- Contact details: your name, work email, company name and, if you share them, your job title and phone number.
- Project details: the services and industry you select, your budget range, timeline and the description of what you want to build.
- Correspondence: emails and messages you send us, and notes we take during calls and meetings about your project.
- Client and supplier information: if we work together, the contact, billing and contract details needed to agree, invoice and deliver the work.
Information collected automatically
- Technical data: when you open a page, our hosting provider may record your IP address, browser type, device type, the page requested and the time of the request in standard server logs. We use these logs to keep the site secure and to fix problems, not to track you.
Information from others
- If a colleague, partner or client introduces you to us, they may share your name and contact details so we can get in touch.
We do not ask for sensitive information, such as health data, government ID numbers or financial account details. Please do not include it in your messages.
3. Why do we use your information?
We use personal information only for clear business purposes. The table shows what we use, why, and the legal basis we rely on where EU or UK law applies.
| Purpose | Information used | Legal basis |
|---|---|---|
| Reply to your request and arrange an intro call | Contact and project details, correspondence | Steps you ask us to take before a contract; legitimate interests |
| Prepare proposals, sign and deliver a contract | Contact, project, client and billing details | Performance of a contract |
| Keep the website secure and prevent spam and abuse | Technical data | Legitimate interests |
| Keep business, tax and accounting records | Client and billing details, contracts | Legal obligation |
| Handle disputes and protect our legal rights | Any relevant information | Legitimate interests; legal obligation |
Change of purpose
If we need to use your information for a new purpose that is not compatible with the ones above, we will tell you first and, where the law requires, ask for your consent.
4. Do we send marketing emails?
No. We do not add you to newsletters or marketing lists because you contacted us. We email you only about your request or your project. If we ever offer a newsletter, we will send it only to people who sign up, and every email will include a way to unsubscribe.
5. Do you profile me or make automated decisions?
No. We do not build marketing profiles of visitors and we do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing.
6. Who do we share your information with?
We do not sell personal information. We share it only when needed, and only with:
Service providers
- Website hosting: Render, which runs this website and keeps its server logs.
- Business email: Proton, which hosts our mailboxes.
- Email delivery: where used, a service that delivers website form notifications to our inbox.
These providers process information on our behalf, only to provide their service to us, and must keep it secure.
Other recipients
- Professional advisers, such as lawyers, accountants and auditors, who are bound by confidentiality.
- Authorities, when the law requires it, or when needed to protect our rights or the safety of others.
- A buyer or successor if our business is reorganized, merged or sold. They must protect your information as described here.
7. Where is your information processed?
Our providers are based in different countries, so your information may be processed in the European Union, Switzerland, the United States or elsewhere. When information is transferred outside the EU or UK, we rely on safeguards recognized by law, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses offered by our providers.
8. How long do we keep your information?
We keep personal information only as long as we need it:
- Enquiries that do not lead to a project: 24 months after our last contact.
- Client and contract records: for the duration of our work together, and afterwards for as long as tax, accounting and other laws require.
- Server logs: for the limited period set by our hosting provider.
When we no longer need information, we delete it or anonymize it so it can no longer identify you.
9. What about cookies?
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website saves in your browser so it can recognize your device. Similar technologies include local storage and tracking pixels.
Which cookies do we use?
This website does not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, social media pixels or other third-party tracking. Fonts and images are served from our own server, so visiting a page does not send your data to font or image providers. Your browser may keep small technical data needed for the site to work, such as cached files.
How can you control or delete cookies?
You can block or delete cookies and stored site data in your browser settings at any time. The site works without them. If we ever add analytics or marketing cookies, we will update this policy and, where the law requires, ask for your consent first.
10. How do we protect your information?
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information:
- all traffic to this website is encrypted with HTTPS;
- access to personal information is limited to people who need it for their work, and they must keep it confidential;
- we use service providers with established security programs;
- we keep the website software up to date and review access to our accounts regularly.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If we learn of a security incident that affects your information, we will notify you and the authorities where the law requires.
11. What are your rights?
Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights:
- Information: to know how we use your personal information. This policy is our main way of telling you.
- Access: to get a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correction: to ask us to fix information that is wrong or incomplete.
- Deletion: to ask us to delete your information when we no longer need it or have no legal basis to keep it.
- Restriction: to ask us to pause using your information, for example while we check a complaint.
- Portability: to receive information you gave us in a common electronic format.
- Objection: to object to our use of your information based on legitimate interests.
- Withdraw consent: where we rely on your consent, to withdraw it at any time.
- Complaint: to complain to a data protection authority.
To use any of these rights, write to support@tuttare-tech.com. We may ask you to confirm your identity first. We will answer within the time the law requires and will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.
12. Children
Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services, providers or the law change. We will update the “Last updated” date above and, for significant changes, show a notice on this website.
14. Still have questions?
If you have questions, requests or complaints about this policy or your personal information, write to support@tuttare-tech.com. You can also write to us at 205 DETROIT STREET, DENVER, CO 80206. We read every message and will reply as soon as we can.

U.S. state privacy rights

California. If the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, applies to us, California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, use and disclose; to access, correct and delete it; and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
In the past 12 months we have collected identifiers and contact details, professional information, and internet activity data (server logs), for the purposes described in section 3. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law, and we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information.
Residents of Colorado and other U.S. states with comprehensive privacy laws may have similar rights to access, correct, delete and obtain a copy of their personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising, sale of data and profiling, where those laws apply to us. We do not engage in any of those opt-out activities.
To make a request, write to support@tuttare-tech.com. You may use an authorized agent; we may ask for proof of authorization. If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision, and we will review it.
